I could not be happier with the work that Don and Austin did to repair the back side of my house. I purchased the home recently and discovered that water had been getting in under the siding for long enough to rot the wood. They spent one long day diagnosing the extent, replacing all of the wood and sealing the entire area up to make it water tight. They were knowledgeable and professional.
We had Kelly Construction replace the flooring in our master bathroom and were very happy with the results. We then called their agent Chip and requested a contract to replace the flooring in our Livingroom, kitchen, 2nd bathroom, and laundry room. He promised they would move everything and put it back in place. Chip sent us Todd and Ian to do the flooring. They totally impressed us with their work ethic and skills. We are fully satisfied with the results of their work and would recommend Kelly Construction to family and friends.
So glad we found Kelley Construction online and that they service Bloomington/Normal. Tyler did a great job of assessing the needed underground repair and Carl did a great job of raising the lower end of the drainpipe and replacing the pop-up drainage emitter. We will definitely use Kelly Construction again if the need arises for any repairs.

This is the third project I’ve hired Kelley Construction to do, it’s amazing. My disabled combat veteran father, needed a bathroom remodel, they delivered!!!! Clint and Carl were compassionate and supportive to my needs during the process. The work done by these two men’s is incredible! We couldn’t be happier with the end results!
Don and Dave replaced a couple bathroom fans for my wife and me on March 4, 2026. They put plastic down along the path from the front door to the bathrooms to protect carpets. They completed the work in one day, and vacuumed well before leaving. Work also included installation of better venting than had existed previously. Neither original fan was lighted, but (at my wife's insistence) one of the replacement fans has a dimmable LED, and they were able to wire that in to the existing dimmer switch for the vanity light. That fan is also bigger than the original, so they had to enlarge the opening. The work involved accessing the top level attic via a 14 x 21 inch hatch in a closet ceiling, then navigating through a bed of roughly 16 inch deep blown in cellulose insulation -- i.e., you can't see the joists you need to step on to move around the space. Even if I had the requisite knowledge and skills (which I don't), I'm pretty sure if I'd attempted this myself I'd have fallen through a bathroom ceiling. Plus, that level of the attic is cramped, so you have to bend low and then crawl -- on joists -- to get to some areas -- things my aging knees would object to. Don and Dave were personable, and we enjoyed talking with them both. They also had a nice camaraderie with each other, which made for a more pleasant experience for us. I'll add shout outs to Chip, who estimated the work and suggested wiring the fan light into the vanity light dimmer, and to Fred, who managed the scheduling and was patient with our delays due to a family medical issue, my remarkably inefficient work in emptying the closet containing the attic access hatch, and my overly complex measures to protect the adjoining bedroom from cellulose and dust I feared would blow down from the attic (not much did).
I had them remodel my upstairs. clint and Austin made sure it was always clean and did a great job and even went beyond what I asked just to make sure it turned out right I would recommend!

There's a good reason Kelley Construction has good Google review numbers! We recently had a number of repairs done on our home, some of which were found during the home inspection when we purchased the house, and some which arose after purchasing the home. One of the latter issues was a leaking vent pipe in an attic, which was slow-dripping onto the kitchen ceiling, and it eventually blistered the drywall and created a hole into the attic. To make matters worse, the ceiling in the kitchen is a custom color paint, and has a textured finish, so not the simplest repair. Travis and Tony both showed up and got straight to work. They were both very fast, efficient, and kept their work areas clean. Above all of that, they're both super nice people and very easy to talk to. They showed a ton of respect to me and our home, and they made sure to check in with me each step of the way during the project to ensure things looked good to me before moving on to the next step. The entire process from start to finish was very easy from scheduling to get an estimate/quote, to scheduling the work itself, and to taking care of the bill. Pricing was very reasonable and fair, and we're relieved to have several inspection issues dealt with and no more holes in the kitchen ceiling! We will definitely be contacting Kelley Construction for all of our future needs (and we already have a number of items on the list we'll be having them take care of later this year!). Thank you so much for great service, and again, big shout out to Travis and Tony, they were fantastic at what they do, and ultra nice folks as well!

Kelly Construction converted a covered deck to a family room for us. We are very pleased with the finished room. All the crews: demolition, footings, foundation, siding, and interior work were professional and friendly. I hope I have the entire list of workers: Austin, Ian, Jerry, Mike, Craig, Dillon, Brody, and especially Don. Don handled all the inside and finishing work. He kept us informed on each step and was professional and respectful to our property. As with all projects, not everything went smoothly, but we felt the glitches were handled and in the end we are very satisfied!
Kelley installed a new microwave and a full external vent system for use and did a wonderful job. There were some complications in scheduling, but they were very quick to set things right. Todd did an amazing job, and was delightful. He went above and beyond our expectations!

Our bathroom was in bad shape, with a leaking pipe under the sink, leaking shower fixture, crumbling grout and cracked tiles all around. Once the floor started to sag and creek - we made the call, and BOY are we ever glad that it was to Kelley Construction! They gutted the room down to the wood and rebuilt everything with upgrades all around using high quality products, custom designs, and an extreme attention to detail. They were dilligent with Covid protocols and maintained an immaculate and secure work-area. Don was a shining star who truly made us feel like we were taken care of. Dakota, Justin, Dan and Trebor were also wizards of their crafts. We will strongly consider Kelley Construction for future projects and request Don and his brilliant team when we do.

The quality of the work was great. Finished ahead of schedule; the tradesman even came in over Memorial Day for several hours. He checked in before he left every day and told us what he planned to do the next day.
Kelley Construction just finished our dream bathroom! In the office, Chip did a great job explaining the process and was accommodating when I needed different choices to make decisions. Don and Moe worked on our bathroom and they were amazing! Moe was able to color-match our old wall paint and Don knows all the things and how to pivot when it comes to bathroom construction. Wow!
